Delivery

We endeavour to deliver all stocked items within 3-5 working days of us confirming receipt of your order, although this timeframe is an estimate only. If we are not able to supply the products or there is likely to be a delay (e.g. because the product is out of stock or the delivery is to a rural/remote location), we will notify you as soon as is reasonably possible after we become aware of this, in which case you may cancel the order (or any part of it) and you will receive a refund (including the applicable delivery charges) in respect of those products which will not be delivered (if any).

Delivery to almost any destination in New Zealand will be by courier or freight forwarder. An email will be sent to you when the goods are dispatched to enable you to track and trace your order. Please ensure you have your order delivered to an address where someone is available to sign for it. If you are unavailable to sign for an item when our courier calls, we will leave a card at the delivery address so you can arrange for the re-delivery or collection of your goods.

We do not deliver outside New Zealand, however an overseas order may still be placed with a New Zealand delivery address.

We cannot deliver to a P.O. Box address so please provide a physical address.

If applicable, estimated delivery charges will be displayed when you complete your order, although in some cases the actual delivery charges may be higher (e.g. if the products are large/heavy or delivery is to a rural/remote location). We will notify you if the actual delivery charges are higher than originally estimated, in which case you may cancel the order (or any part of it) prior to delivery and receive a refund (including the applicable delivery charges) in respect of the cancelled order.

The risk of any loss of, or damage to, the products will pass to you on delivery.

The delivery charge is $5.00, with some exceptions*.

 * Please note deliveries to the Outer Islands (Chatham Island, Stewart Island, Kawau Island, Waiheke Island, Matakana Island, Great Barrier Island and d’Urville Island) will incur additional costs.
