This website ("site") is operated by Rebel Sport (referred to in these terms of sale as "we", "us or "our"). These terms of sale apply to your purchase of products via our site.
Order and Delivery Policy
Your order made via this site ("order") is an offer to purchase one or more products. When we receive a valid order from you, we will accept this offer by confirming via email that we have received and are processing the order.
We will deliver the products set out in your order ("products") almost anywhere in New Zealand. We do not deliver outside New Zealand, however, an overseas order may still be placed with a New Zealand delivery address. Delivery is made by courier.
We endeavour to deliver all products within 2-4 working days of us confirming receipt of the order, although this timeframe is an estimate only. If we are not able to supply the products or there is likely to be a significant delay in making delivery (e.g. because the product is out of stock or the delivery is to a rural/remote location), we will notify you as soon as reasonably possible after we become aware of this, in which case you may cancel the order (or any part of it) and you will receive a refund (including the applicable delivery charges) in respect of those products which will not be delivered (if any). We will not otherwise be liable to you for any damages, costs or expenses of any kind, suffered or incurred by you due to the order not being fulfilled or the products not being delivered within the anticipated delivery time.
The anticipated delivery charges will be notified to you when you complete the order, although in some cases the actual delivery charges may be higher (e.g. if the products are large/heavy or delivery is to a rural/remote location). We will notify you if the actual delivery charges are higher than those anticipated, in which case you may cancel the order (or any part of it) prior to delivery and receive a refund (including the applicable delivery charges) in respect of the cancelled order.
Prices
The prices for the products listed on this site are in New Zealand dollars and include GST, but not any delivery charges. We endeavour to ensure that all prices listed on this site are consistent with the prices offered at our stores.
Price Guarantee
If you find a lower advertised or ticket price in any other retail outlet on an identical item (i.e. brand, colour, size) which is currently in stock, upon confirmation we'll beat the price by 10% - on the spot. See in-store for details. Some product not available in all stores. Stock in store only - no rain checks, holds or customer orders.
Returns & Damaged Goods Policy
We stand by the quality of our products and we make things right if you are not satisfied with your purchase.
You can return any products to receive a refund of the purchase price or exchange the products within 14 days of delivery (for any reason), provided that the products are returned in their original condition with packaging and invoice. Delivery charges are non-refundable.
To return products please visit our nearest store with a copy of your invoice. If you do not live close to one of our stores then please call us on 0800 4REBEL (0800 473 235) and we will advise you on how best to return the goods to us.
If the products are damaged when they are delivered to you, please call us on 0800 4REBEL (0800 473 235) and we will arrange to replace the damaged product(s) at no additional cost to you.
Note: Gift Vouchers can not be returned for a refund.
Description of Products
The products will comply, in all material respects, with their product descriptions appearing on this site at the time when you submit the order. If a product does not comply with its product description, your sole remedy is to return the product and accept a refund or exchange the product (in each case, in accordance with our Returns and Damaged Goods Policy).
The risk of any loss of, or damage to, the products will pass to you on delivery. By accepting these terms of sale, you confirm your acceptance of the "Terms of Use". Except as expressly set out in these terms of sale and to the extent permitted by law: We will not be responsible for any delay or failure to comply with our obligations under these terms of sale if the delay or failure arises from any cause which was beyond our reasonable control. Stunt School prize conditions:
The 1-day stunt school tuition prize is offered by Total Experience Ltd. To participate in the stunt school prize, the winner must be 16 years or older, must not be taller than 187 cm (6 feet, 2 inches) and must not weigh more than 100kg. The winner must have a current, valid driver’s license. A copy of the driver’s license must be forwarded to Monaco when asked by Monaco and the original license must be shown to the operator of the stunt school on the day when the winner attends the prize. Other conditions and eligibility requirements related to health and safety will apply. An indemnity waiver must be signed before participating in the stunt school prize. If the winner does not meet the eligibility criteria then the winner can choose to either nominate another eligible person to participate in the prize or may choose an available alternative experience up to the same value with Total Experience. Prize is also subject to Total Experience’s terms and conditions and the terms and conditions of the operator of the stunt school: please refer to www.totalexperience.co.nz. Another nominated person must comply with all eligibility requirements and other requirements for claiming the stunt school prize. For persons younger than 18 years old, written parent’s or guardian’s consent is required. The stunt school prize will be carried out on a day nominated by Total Experience and not less than 21 days’ notice will be given to the winner. The stunt school prize lasts for approximately six hours. If Casio, Total Experience, Peter Bell or any of their agents discover that a person has given false or incorrect information related to that person’s eligibility, then the stunt school prize will be forfeited. Where the winner or nominated eligible person is located further than 100 km from Auckland, Monaco will arrange for that person to be transported to the North Shore location where the stunt school prize will take place.
**Private “A-team ” screening conditions:
The Private Screening of the A-team prize is offered by 20th Century Fox Ltd. The private screening is for up to 50 people at a Cinema near the winner’s address shown on the winner’s entry form. At least 2 weeks’ notice is required for the preferred screening date and time and is subject to availability. The prize must be taken within 6 months of the date of the prize draw. School Holidays, Friday and Saturday evenings and public holidays are excluded. All persons attending the screening must follow the cinema’s standard rules, normal rules of conduct and all applicable rating restrictions.
Terms and Conditions:
Prize winners will be contacted by Casio by email or phone. If the winner cannot be contacted due to incorrect contact information, the prize will be forfeited and another entry will be drawn. The winner will be required to produce the original purchase receipt for the Casio G-Shock watch when claiming the prize. Photocopied entry forms and purchase receipts are invalid and will not be accepted. This promotion is for New Zealand residents only. Entries from residents of other countries will be disqualified automatically. Prizes will be delivered only in New Zealand. Judge’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into. Prizes are not exchangeable for cash and are non-transferrable. Watches are provided by Casio and are subject to Casio warranties. Other prizes are supplied by third parties. To the greatest extent permitted by law, Casio takes no responsibility for any prize and shall not be liable or assume any responsibility to any person for any loss, dissatisfaction or damage arising from his/her use of a prize. Where a prize becomes unavailable for reasons beyond Casio’s control, Casio reserves the right to substitute an equivalent prize. Employees of Casio, distributors, agents and business partners, as well as their family members, are not allowed to participate. Casio reserves the right at its absolute discretion to vary, delete or add to any of these Terms and Conditions without prior notice. By participating in this prize draw, participants agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
