A Neutral foot type is when little to no rolling occurs as the foot progresses from heel-strike to toe-off.

3. Select running distance

Choose one of the below mileages based on what you already run or plan to run. The higher the mileage the more cushioning the running shoe will usually provide, so there’s no harm in going for a higher mileage than you may need at the moment.

Low Mileage

run less then 10km a week

Medium Mileage

run between 15 - 30 km a week

High Mileage

run more then 30 km a week
