    Set includes 5 PowerTubes with metal carabiners, pair of ultra durable handles, pair of soft adjustable ankle straps, door and outdoor anchors, exercise booklet and convenient carry bag. Also includes over 100 of the most popular gym and Pilates exercises to recreate. The Multi Power Clip System quickly adds/subtracts resistance and switches from upper to lower body workouts, offering up to 31 possible resistance combinations to suit all fitness levels.
