    Offering a resistance equivalent to 4.2 kg, this particular MediBand is designed to provide gentle tension. Because the MediBand delivers progressive resistance (the more you stretch it, the more resistance it generates), it provides an effective solution to increase your range of motion, while being perfectly safe on your joints.

    Using a MediBand is also a great way to reproduce multi-planar exercises, making it a fabulous tool for functional training and improvement of everyday movements, such as reaching up for an elevated object, bending down to cease something, or twisting and turning ones torso.

    For this reason, it is recommended for people who wish to enhance their overall mobility or start a rehab program after suffering from an injury.

    The 40+ exercises included have been developed by a Pilates Instructor to keep things fun and varied, while targeting every muscle group to prevent muscle imbalances.

    Ideal to improve overall mobility, prevent injuries, or assist in rehab for gentle body toning, stretching and flexibility, posture correction, and joint stabilisation.
