We stand by the quality of our products, and we make things right if you are not satisfied with your purchase. You can return any products to receive a refund of the purchase price or exchange the products within 30 working days of receipt (for any reason), provided that the products are returned in their original condition with original or appropriate packaging. Returns can be made at any one of our stores across the country or you are able to book a collection using the process below.

Please note for health and safety reasons we are unable to accept change of mind returns on the following items:

  • Vouchers
  • Underwear
  • Undergarments
  • Compression Clothing
  • Swimwear
  • Earphones
  • Mouthguards
  • Facemasks

How to book your return/exchange

We’ve made the return and exchange process as easy as 1-2-3: You book, you pack, we collect. 
Before you start, make sure you have the following handy:

• The product(s) you wish to return/exchange, still in their original condition and with tags intact (if applicable).
• A trusty pen – no need to print return labels; you’ll write the tracking number on the parcel.
• Your order details, including the shipment number. You can find this on your packing slip located in the bottom right, just above the barcode.
