Price Promise
I've found an item at a competitor and it's priced lower than yours, what can I do?
If you find a lower advertised retail price on an identical item which is currently in stock, upon confirmation we’ll beat the price by 10% on the spot or online. This applies to New Zealand retailers but excludes warehouse, clearance outlets and online only retailers.
In order to claim the price promise, please bring proof of the competitor price to any one of our stores and they will be able to assist you with this claim. Alternatively get in contact with us and we will be able to place the order over the phone with you.
I paid full price and my items just went on sale, what happens now?
We offer a Price Promise up to 30 days after your original purchase for moments like these so you can rest assured you will always get the sale.
In-store Purchases
Please visit any of our stores with your receipt on the day of the sale to receive this Price Promise.
Online Purchases
You are able to bring this in to any one of our stores to honor the price promise or alternatively contact our customer services team for assistance.
Can I get a Price Promise if I used Afterpay/Laybuy/Humm?
If you have used these payment methods online, we can issue a Gift Voucher for the difference in price to send to you. If you have used these methods in store, you can visit your local store to offer the price difference.
How soon can I get my Refund?
We split orders so that we can send out the items as quickly as possible from anywhere in the country, rather than waiting for one dispatch to get everything together. We will let you know when this occurs. Please read through to the bottom of your tracking email as there still may be some items to come.
Sometimes this means that you will receive multiple tracking numbers and multiple parcels.
If you feel you have received all of your parcels but are still missing items, please let us know and we can look into this for you.
Can someone else take my receipt in-store to receive my refund on my behalf?
The difference needs to be refunded back to the same card therefore the card holder needs to be present, however on a case by case basis, the store manager can do exceptions and we recommend contacting the store beforehand.
How do I apply for the 'beat it by 10%' price guarantee?

Unfortunately you will need to head into any one of our stores to claim this price promise. We're unable to process this online for you.
