COVID-19 (CORONAVIRUS) UPDATE

Dear Customers, 

The Government have updated their position that there is NO LONGER a limit on the amount of customers allowed into retail stores, but customers MUST maintain 2m separation.

We will only limit numbers (by initiating the outdoor queuing system) if we cannot comfortably maintain 2m separation between customers in store.

Dear Customers, 

We're pleased to announce that our stores are now OPEN! Our top priority is the health and safety of our customers and our staff. 

  • Contactless Payment (Tap n Go) is now available, and we ask that you please pack your own bags. 
  • Please remember to maintain your distance and use the hand sanitiser provided. 

If you have a Click & Collect order that has not been picked up, we are providing a Contactless Click & Collect service:

  1. Let our team know you have arrived at the collection store before you approach the store entrance by registering HERE between 9am – 4pm. This allows you to join a virtual queue and ensures that your items are waiting for you when you approach the store so that safe distancing can be maintained.
  1. You will receive a notification once we’ve got your item ready for you to pick up at the store entrance.  Until then please wait in your vehicle or at a safe distance from other customers / team members.
  1. Collect your items from the contactless Click & Collect counter located at the store front entrance.

Dear Customers, 

We're very excited for Level 2 with our stores opening tomorrow. We have some updates below, and ask that you please be patient and interact with kindness as we do our best to navigate this new change. 

INSTORE: When we open, please follow the instructions from our team who are doing their best to keep everybody safe.

  • We are limiting to 100 people per store
  • Please remember to keep a 2m distance at all times
  • Sanitiser is available in store
  • Clothing: Please only try on what you need to as it's important to minimise ‘touch points’
  • Footwear: Our team will do our best to help you select footwear but won’t be able to provide direct ‘fit’ assistance
  • On busy days you can utilise our digital queue and wait in the car to avoid standing outside in the cold/around others

ONLINE: our current delivery window is now updated to 7-10 business days. We are working our hardest with the demand and courier delays to get the orders to you promptly.

We also wanted to clarify to customers that demand for products can sometimes mean that items on your orders have to come from all around the country - not just your closest store. This can sometimes add to the  increased delivery window. We appreciate your understanding here.

Dear Customers, 

The demand from our customers has been huge, bigger than we could have anticipated. However our fantastic team are currently working as fast as possible, in the safest way, to deliver your order to you.

Due to extremely high demand, we are currently experiencing some order delaysThese may take up to 10 to 14 working days to be delivered.

We are in constant contact with our courier partners Aramex and they are working around the clock to deliver our parcels.

It is really important to us to get your order to you as soon as possible, and we ask that you please be kind and patient with us during this time.

We continue to prepare our websites for Level 3 with both essential and non-essential product beginning to be available to purchase. BUT, we will hold all orders with non-essential items until Tuesday 28th April

- If you have ordered ESSENTIAL product: we endeavour to still deliver this to you. 

- If your order contains NON-ESSENTIAL product: we will not be delivering this until Tuesday 28th April.

Dear Customers, 

We are continuing to ship essential items to customers. Concurrently, you may notice some changes to our website as we prepare for the Government mandated move to Level 3.

This includes beginning the process of adding non-essential product back to the website which will be visible to customers. But we will not be delivering ANY non-essential product before TUESDAY 28th April.

Dear Customers, 

We are working with the Ministry of Business, Innovation and Employment to ensure that the essential products you need from us, can now be delivered direct to your door.

Our stores will remain closed for the duration of the lockdown but any essential clothing and footwear items will now be available through our website or by phone order, for delivery only. Non-essential products are not available for purchase at this time. 

The health and safety of our customers, employees and the entire country are of utmost importance to us at this time and we remain committed to adhering to Government guidelines while we fulfil your essential orders.

Delivery:

We have temporarily updated our delivery protocols to limit interaction and physical contact. Couriers will be required to leave customer parcels at a safe location, out of public sighting at the designated delivery address.

We will endeavour to deliver your order to you in 5-7 days.

Existing Orders:

If you have an existing order with us for an essential item, rest assured we are doing our best to get this order to you as soon as we can.

If you have an existing order with us for a non-essential item, unfortunately this cannot be dispatched until the delivery of non-essential goods resumes.

Dear Customers, 

A couple of small updates:

- We have some sale prices displaying on the site on some items even though you can't currently buy them. This is a system error that we're working to resolve. 

- Apologies if you have recieved an automated Click & Collect email, these have now been disabled. 

Our teams are working from home and doing everything we can to be ready when we are allowed to trade again. As usual, our customer service team are at your disposal with any questions or issues. We're nearly through week one, and we hope you and your families are safe and well.

Dear Customers,

As you know, we are now in Covid-19 Alert Level 4 and Rebel Sport has temporarily closed instore and online.

If you currently have a Home Delivery or Click & Collect order with us, we have done as much as we can at this stage, but we will be unable to send or allow pick up of your order until we re-open.  

As SOON as we are able we will get your order to you, and we promise to keep you updated in the meantime. We have also extended our returns policy to 60 days so anyone who’s purchased recently is not left in a difficult position.

Dear Customers, 

As of 5:30pm today, all of our stores are now closed and our online shopping is suspended. 

If you currently have an order in progress with us, we will be unable to send it until our online dispatch stores re-open. We have more information on this shortly. We have also extended our returns policy to 60 days.

An update for our customers,

Navigating the unknown is always hard. But as we continue to better understand how to slow the spread of COVID-19 we‘re playing our part to protect our customers, our team and our communities.

To complement our existing hygiene practices and cleanliness standards in our stores, we have implemented additional precautionary measures to ensure we can continue to provide you with the safest experience possible.

We’re taking guidance from reputable sources, primarily the Ministry of Health, which recommends vigilant cleaning as one of the most effective measures.

Our online services continue to enable you to shop from wherever you are. As part of our online service, we also have Click & Collect services available in many of our stores, please check our website for your closest store.

We understand you will be concerned as to what we are doing to ensure that our team members remain safe and healthy. We’re working alongside our staff to ensure their questions are answered and that any concerns are heard and responded to appropriately.
