Pass It Foward Stories

PASS IT FORWARD | Apr 29, 2021

We believe every kid deserves the chance to play sport.
The Pass It Forward campaign hopes to remove one of the barriers to participation by providing a ball to those in need. So for every Pass It Forward ball sold through Rebel Sport, we will donate an identical ball to a deserving Kiwi club or school.

What We’ve been in Te Puke & Tauranga this week delivering balls to schools. So good to get such massive smiles from the kids at Arataki School, Mount Intermediate, Tauranga Intermediate, Otumoetai Intermediate, Te Puke Intermediate, Te Puke Primary, Fairhaven School, Brookfield School, Greerton Primary and Gate Pa School. That’s over 700 balls for sport and activity in these schools.

What an epic day at Northcote Intermediate with Izzy Dagg presenting the balls to the kids. Principal, Phil Muir sent the following message to us;
“We’re really fortunate to have had the Tania Dalton Foundation team visit us, we really value the balls that were donated. Our kids absolutely LOVE physical activity”.
Good job Silver Fern, Rebel Sports and Tania Dalton Foundation!

What a buzz it was handing out balls in Rotorua. Tania Dalton Foundation scholarship recipient Waiata Jennings helped us give out over 300 balls to the following schools – Whakarewarewa School, Rotorua Primary, Rotorua Intermediate, Rotorua Girls High School, Selwyn Primary, Malfroy Primary.
